Vegan Stracciatella Popsicles

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g dark chocolate


  • Add all ingredients to your high speed blender except the dark chocolate.
  • Blend for one minute or until very creamy.
  • Chop the dark chocolate roughly and stir into your blender container. Do not blend, you want the chunky chocolate pieces in your Stracciatella Popsicles.
  • Pour the ice cream chocolate mix into your silicone molds and freeze for 12 hours.
  • Release from the molds and enjoy!
