Mango Passionfruit Pops

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 50 g dried mango
  • 30 g dried pineapple
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste
  • 2 passionfruits pulp only


  • Add all ingredienst to your blender except the passionfruit.
  • Blend for one minute or until creamy.
  • Cut the 2 passionsfruits and scoop half of the pulp into the silicone ice cream molds.
  • Pour in the mango ice ceam from the blender, but leave a bit of room to scoop in the remaining passionfruit pulp. Add the ice cream sticks.
  • Transfer the ice cream molds to the freezer for 12 hours. Remove from the silicone molds and enjoy!
