Add all ingredienst to your blender except the passionfruit.
Blend for one minute or until creamy.
Cut the 2 passionsfruits and scoop half of the pulp into the silicone ice cream molds.
Pour in the mango ice ceam from the blender, but leave a bit of room to scoop in the remaining passionfruit pulp. Add the ice cream sticks.
Transfer the ice cream molds to the freezer for 12 hours. Remove from the silicone molds and enjoy!
