Remove the apple cores with an apple corer.
In a bowl mix the ground pecans, walnuts, macadamias, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and hazelnut butter.
Chop the dates and mulberries and add to the mixture.
Melt the coocnut oil, add to the mixture and mix with your hands.
Stuff the apples with the nut mixture. Bake the apples for 25 minutes at 175 degress Celsius. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the Cashew Vanilla Sauce.
