Divide the dough into 4 parts. Add matcha to the first, aronia to the second a a teaspooon of oat meal to the other 2 bowl each. Form 4 balls with your hands.
Transfer the to the fridge for 30 minutes.
REmove from the fridge and and roll them out on waxed paper (using a rolling pin) so it won't stick to the surface. It's best to roll them out next to each other to make sure they all have sort of the same size.
Once you have done that layer them on top of each other - starting with a plain walnut layer, then the matcha layer, followed by another plain walnut layer and finish with the aronia layer.
Now remove the trim so you end up with a big square. Now cut the big square in smaller bite-size squares depending on how big you would like them. I ended up with 24 squares.
Now return them to the freezer for an hour so they can rest and harden a bit. If they more firm it is much easier to chocolate coat them!
Melt the chocolate and dip each petite four into the chocolate. Once the chocolate has set, they are ready to eat!
