Healthy Coco Pops

  • 1/4 cup cocoa butter melted
  • 1 tsp carob powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt & vanilla
  • 1 tsp rice syrup
  • 1 cup amaranth popped
  • 1 good handful of your fav raw fruit/nut bar chopped into pieces


  • Cut the raw bar into bite size pieces.
  • Whisk together the melted cocoa butter, salt, cocoa powder and rice syrup.
  • Dip the fruit bar pieces into the chocolate, roll in amaranth and let them harden (at least for a hour on a lined tray.
  • Add the coco pops into a bowl and enjoy with almond milk and fruit.


For the raw fruit and nut bar, I have used the Goody Bites by Biostyle as they already have that perfect round shape for the healthy coco pops!
