Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 100 g vegan dark chocolate


  • Line a square brownie tin with parchment paper.
  • Blend oats, sea salt, vanilla, maple syrup, oat milk and peanut butter until well combined.
  • Press into the lined tin and transfer to the fridge while melting your vegan chocolate.
  • Remove the tin from the fridge and pour the melted chocolate on top of your peanut butter base. Let cool down in the fridge and cut into pieces to enjoy.
