Place your pita breads on an ofen tray and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
While the pitas sit in the oven, prepare the pizza sauce by adding the cashews, spice mix and Coconut Curry spice mix to the blender. Blend for a minute.
Remove pitas from the oven and spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with sliced onions, capsicum, tomatoes. Add some sliced avocado to your pizzas. Add some vegan grated cheese if you feel like.
Before eating sprinkle with sprouts, edible flowers, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
