  • 2 packs instant pudding mix
  • 1000 ml oat milk
  • 100 g Erythritol
  • 220 ml Vodka
  • 25 g vanilla paste
  • 1 pinch kala namak salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric (for colour)


  • Prepare the instant pudding with the oat milk and Erythritol according to packet instructions. Let the pudding cool entirely. To speed up the process, transfer the pudding to the fridge.
  • Once the pudding has cooled, add to your blender with the vodka, vanilla paste, salt, and turmeric.
  • Fill into bottles and store in the fridge for up to a week.
