These Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars perfectly add to my collection of super easy to make bars. They are sweet enough to satisfy any dessert cravings with that right balance of sweet and saltiness.
I have created quite some peanut butter bars in the past cause it is one of my favorite foods. In fact, my kitchen bench lines a whole collection of different nut butters. But until today peanut butter is probably my first choice for any sweet recipe. It does contain healthy fats and makes a great addition to my vegan diet. Plus, it goes fabulously with chocolate and banana!

The crust is one of my to-go cake or slice basis with lots of oats and peanut butter. With all that fiber from the oats you could definitely have those a a breakfast treat once in a while. I have made the slice entirely sugarfree as well in the past by swapping out the maple syrup or honey with date puree (made from blended dates and water). But whatever your choice of sweetener, make sure you save a bit of crust and use it as crumbles to sprinkle on your Chocolate Peanut Bitter Bars as a topping.

The beauty of these bars is how easy they are to make. You need something for your next hiking trip? Do you want to spoil your kids and friends or your work mates?
